Mullite Ceramic is a kind of ceramics whose main crystal phase ismullite(3Al2o2sio2).Mullite ceramic has the characteristics of high melting point, creep resistance, low expansion coeficient and excellnt corrosn rsitance,and can be usd as the lining of various high-temperture klins. And mullite ceramic has good high-temperature stability and thermal shock resistance, so it is also widely used in high-temperature protection tubes,thermocouple protection tubes, metal melting crucibles and other heat-resistant materials.

Application:

Polycrystalline mullite fiber products can be used as insulation materials in high-temperature thermal equipment below 1600℃ for a long time, such as silicon carbide electric furnaces, molybdenum silicide electric furnaces, various steel heating furnaces, mechanical forging furnaces, etc., which can significantly improve the thermal efficiency of equipment, greatly save energy, improve productivity, and improve product quality.
It can be used for insulation of various high-temperature industrial kilns; ceramic kilns; mechanical and metallurgical heating furnaces; hot surface linings of heat treatment furnaces and other industrial kilns; high-temperature fire and flame barriers; kiln doors, kiln cars, expansion joints and other insulation materials; glass kiln insulation.
