Silicon carbide square beams and semi-open square beams
Silicon Carbide Square Beams are formed by high temperature sintering using an extrusion process specially developed by Sanchem New Materials. According to the needs of customers will be made into a half - opening square beam (also known as the concave beam). Special machining can also be done on the beam: holes, long holes or grooves, etc.

Typical applications in shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, roller kilns, bell cover kilns and other industrial furnaces roof refractories bearing structure and kiln tools for bearing products on the kiln car.
Application industry: technical ceramics, electronic ceramic powder, sanitary ware, daily ceramics, electric porcelain, refractory materials, foam ceramics, lithium battery anode and cathode materials in the sintering process.

Silicon carbide square beam can provide true high performance lightweight kiln square beam, column design. The excellent strength of allows the cross section of square beams to be reduced by 50% compared to the cross section of conventional recrystallized silicon carbide (R-SiC) square beams without a corresponding reduction in load capacity and can be used at higher temperatures.
The excellent chemical corrosion resistance of square beams enables them to operate for longer periods in highly corrosive atmospheres and ionic environments.
The strong oxidation resistance of silicon carbide rollers enables long and stable operation in oxidized atmospheres -- longer life.
