The Sintering Crucible for Magnetic Materials is a high-purity, refractory container specifically engineered for the calcination and sintering of soft ferrites, permanent magnets, and advanced magnetic components. Formulated from premium-grade refractory oxides (such as high-alumina, corundum-mullite, or specialized zirconia-coated matrices), this crucible provides exceptional chemical inertness and structural integrity at elevated temperatures. It shields magnetic raw materials and green bodies from atmosphere turbulence and furnace cross-contamination while ensuring uniform thermal distribution.

  • Chemical Inertness & Zero Contamination: High-purity material formulation prevents iron oxide reactions, micro-structural phase shifts, or chemical contamination during high-heat cycles, preserving precise magnetic properties (e.g., permeability and coercivity).
