Due to the use of high-temperature sintering, it is sufficient to promote Si3N4 grain growth with the addition of less sintering aids, and obtain high-toughness ceramics with long columnar grains in situ growth density of> 99%. High toughness, high strength and good abrasion resistance can directly produce various complex shaped products close to the final shape, which can greatly reduce production costs and processing costs.
