Product Description

Mosi2 Heaters introduction:

1. Mosi2 Heaters resistive electric heating element is a high temperature resistant and oxidation resistant resistance heating element made based on molybdenum disilicide.

2. When used in a high-temperature oxidizing atmosphere, a bright and dense quartz (SiO2) glass film is formed on its surface, which can protect the inner layer of the silicon molybdenum rod from oxidation. Mosi2 Heaters component has unique high-temperature oxidation resistance.

3. Under an oxidizing atmosphere and with a maximum operating temperature of 1800 ℃, the resistance of Mosi2 heaters electric heating elements increases rapidly with increasing temperature, and the resistance value remains stable when the temperature remains constant. Under normal circumstances, the resistance of the component does not change with the length of use, so new and old molybdenum disilicide heating elements can be mixed for use.

4. MoSi2 Heaters heating elements shape: U-type, W-type, right-angle as well as circular type.

5. The general temperature of MoSi2 Heaters is from 1300°C to 1800°C, which is universally applied to the field of metallurgy, glass, ceramics, magnetic materials, refractory materials, crystals, electron devices and kiln etc. It is the ideal heating element of high temperature annealing furnace.
